Catering Firm Bans Fish From Menu

Contract caterers, Compass Group, have banned the use of sixty nine species of fish due to concerns of over fishing.
The company provides food at 6,500 restaurants across the UK including Proctor & Gamble, Bristol Zoo, Chelsea Football Club and various schools.
Banned species include certain varieties of tuna, skate, plaice, tiger prawns, salmon and lobster.
